Build a Glassware Range Around Defined Products
Glasmero supports importers, distributors and brand owners developing glass drinkware under their own labels. We coordinate with product-specific manufacturing partners to review cup models, decoration, packaging and order requirements.
Our range includes drinking glasses, beer glasses, glass can cups, mugs, tea cups, shot glasses, whisky glasses and wine glasses. Projects can begin with existing models or designs requiring separate development review. We establish the product specification and branding scope before confirming samples, costs and production arrangements.
Choose Models for Consistent Repeat Orders
Provide the intended use, capacity, key dimensions and preferred material for each item. If several products will form a coordinated range, identify the features that should match, such as rim profile, proportions, decoration or packaging presentation.
An existing model can provide a starting point for branded orders, but availability and specifications must be checked for the selected item. Similar-looking cups should not be treated as interchangeable.
Record the agreed model references for future orders. Changes to material, dimensions, finish or production source should be reviewed before a substitute is accepted. Adding a private label to an existing model does not establish exclusive ownership of its shape.
Coordinate Cup Decoration with Brand Artwork
Send vector artwork, color references and placement dimensions for each decorated model. Specify the logo orientation relative to handles, textured areas or other product features.
We review suitable screen printing or decal options against the selected glass. A common logo may require different positioning across a tumbler, mug and wine glass to achieve the intended presentation.
The logo printing review should resolve artwork details before sampling. Confirm intended serving and cleaning conditions, together with any required testing, before approving the finished decoration.
Establish Packaging, SKU Labels and Set Contents
Define whether products will use individual branded boxes, multi-cup sets or divided cartons. Packaging artwork should correspond to the actual model, capacity and contents being supplied.
Provide buyer-assigned SKU and barcode information, including where each label belongs. Distinguish labels for individual cups, complete sets and master cartons. Any material or usage statement printed on packaging must match the confirmed product information.
Our glass cup packaging review also considers inserts, accessory positions and protection for rims, handles or stems. Brand presentation and transit protection need to be assessed together.
Approve the Complete Branded Sample
Sample approval should cover the cup, decoration, accessories and packaging relevant to the order. A plain product sample confirms different details from a decorated or fully packed sample.
During sample development, identify the artwork version, model reference, packaging layout and any outstanding revisions. Record differences where preliminary samples use substitute materials or unprinted packaging.
Before production, agree inspection points for cup defects, decoration alignment, correct labels, set completeness and packed quantities. Additional testing or third-party inspection can be discussed for the specific project.
Confirm Order Minimums and Delivery Requirements
MOQ depends on the cup model, decoration and packaging requirements. Different items within one branded range may have separate minimums, even when they share the same artwork.
The quotation should identify product quantities, applicable setup or sample charges, packing details and shipping terms. Lead time is reviewed against model availability, approvals and production arrangements.
Send your proposed range, quantity per SKU, artwork, packaging requirements, destination and requested dispatch window. Glasmero will review suitable supply options and clarify the conditions needed to move the project forward.
