Define the Products Included in Each Set
Glasmero supports importers, distributors, hospitality suppliers and private label brands arranging glass cup sets. We coordinate product selection, decoration and packing with relevant manufacturing partners, reviewing each component before the set specification is confirmed.
Start with the cup models and quantity per pack. A set may contain matching glasses, different capacities or cups with compatible lids and straws, subject to availability. Specify whether the quotation quantity refers to individual cups or complete sets so that pricing, packing and order quantities use the same basis.
Select Models That Work Together
Matching sets need more than similar photographs. Confirm the material, capacity, height, rim profile, base design and intended use of each glass. Where products come from different ranges, differences in wall thickness, weight or appearance should be reviewed through physical samples.
For mixed-size sets, provide the required quantity of each model. If coordinated colors or decoration are essential, identify the features that must match.
Review proposed dimensional changes through glass cup sizes and shapes. An existing cup should not be assumed available in another size or material without a separate feasibility check.
Coordinate Logos and Accessories
Provide artwork for each decorated model, including logo dimensions, colors and placement. The same artwork may need different positioning on a short tumbler, tall glass or handled mug. Agree whether visual consistency means identical print dimensions or a proportional appearance across the set.
Confirm accessories separately, including their material, size and quantity. Lid fit and straw clearance must be checked on the selected cup. A lid should not be described as leakproof unless that requirement has been specifically established and verified.
Develop Packaging Around the Complete Set
The packing layout should identify every cup and accessory, their orientation and the separation between components. Handles, stems and glass straws require attention to vulnerable contact points.
We review custom glass cup packaging for the selected combination, including inserts, dividers, branded box artwork and outer-carton quantities. Changing one component can affect the box dimensions and packing arrangement.
Confirm whether the set needs a single SKU label, individual product labels or both. Buyer-supplied barcode information and artwork versions should be checked before packaging production.
Approve a Complete Packed Sample
Individual cup samples help with model selection, but a complete packed sample shows how the proposed set fits together. Review the contents, decoration, accessory compatibility, insert fit and box closure before approval.
During sample development, record the accepted model references and any differences from the proposed production specification. A substitute cup or accessory should be identified clearly.
Production checks should cover the agreed cup inspection points and set completeness. Missing accessories, incorrect model combinations and mismatched labels can make an otherwise acceptable product unsuitable for delivery.
Confirm Set MOQ, Costs and Shipment Requirements
Set MOQ depends on the requirements for each cup model, decoration and packaging. A smaller quantity of finished sets may still be affected by minimums for an individual component.
The quotation should state the number of cups and accessories per set, complete-set price, applicable setup charges and packing basis. Lead time is reviewed against component availability, sample approvals and packing preparation.
Send the proposed set contents, quantity, artwork, destination and requested dispatch window. Glasmero will review suitable combinations and clarify the order conditions before confirmation.
