Match Your Logo to the Selected Glass Cup
Glasmero supports importers, distributors, hospitality suppliers and private label brands arranging logo decoration on glass drinkware. We coordinate with product-specific manufacturing partners to review suitable screen printing or decal options for the selected model.
Send the cup reference, quantity, vector artwork and intended use. Include the required logo size, colors and position. We assess the request against the actual cup surface before confirming the decoration approach, sample requirements and quotation.
Provide Artwork with Clear Placement Instructions
Vector artwork helps preserve outlines and lettering when preparing a design for production. Include color references and identify any fine lines, small text or details that must remain legible.
Specify the logo width and height, its distance from the rim or base, and its orientation relative to a handle or other feature. For multiple decoration positions, provide a separate placement reference for each.
A photograph communicates the general direction, but it should be supported by dimensions. We clarify missing details before preparing a layout so that artwork approval refers to a defined size and position.
Review Screen Printing or Decals for the Model
The decoration method is assessed according to the artwork, cup geometry, material and requested finish. Screen printing or decals may be suitable, but the choice must be confirmed for the specific project.
Tapered walls, textured surfaces, narrow areas and nearby handles can restrict placement. Designs extending around a cup also need review for alignment and any visible joining area.
If the cup has a colored or treated surface, assess the logo against that finish. Our glass colors and finishes review helps establish the background appearance before decoration is approved.
Approve the Decorated Sample
A digital layout establishes the proposed size and position. A physical decorated sample shows how the artwork appears on the selected glass, including contrast, detail and surface finish.
During sample development, compare the sample with the agreed artwork and placement reference. Record requested revisions clearly, including changes to scale, orientation or color.
Confirm the intended cleaning and serving conditions before approval. Any required decoration durability or product testing must be agreed for the specific item rather than assumed from the printing method.
Define Production Checks and Packing Protection
Before production, confirm the approved artwork version, sample reference, decoration positions and acceptance conditions. Agreed checks may cover alignment, legibility, coverage, visible marks and consistency with the approved sample.
Cup variation can affect how placement is measured, so the reference points and acceptable tolerances should be established in advance. The glass cup quality inspection requirements should also cover the underlying cup, including chips, cracks and rim condition.
Packing needs to protect the decorated surface from unnecessary contact. Dividers and individual packing arrangements are reviewed alongside the finished cup.
Confirm MOQ, Costs and the Dispatch Schedule
MOQ depends on the cup model, decoration method, artwork colors and number of positions. Different designs may require separate setup and minimum quantities.
Sample preparation, applicable setup charges and packaging costs should be identified in the quotation. Artwork revisions or additional sample rounds can affect the schedule.
Send the quantity per design, destination, packaging requirement and requested dispatch window. Glasmero will review suitable decoration arrangements and clarify the approvals needed before production and shipment preparation.
